Well, thought I'd post up a recent pic too. Here's from a JuJitsu seminar I taught at a High-School here in Hong Kong.Ã,  I'm the big-guy wearing a black-belt towards the middle in the back row.Ã,  The tall guy next to me was one of the teachers at the school who was my "demonstration "victim" / volunteer" for the day, plus he helped me to keep a watchful eye on the kids. And before ya ask about the kid in front wearing a black-belt, well, he should have been wearing a white-belt too, but, apperantly he takes Tae-Kwon-Do and that's his rank in that, and he convenientlyÃ,  "forgot" to wear a white-belt for the day (though somehow he remembered his black-belt). And of course the girls "forgot" to bring their Gi-tops.. (methinks they actually wanted to look all "purdy" for da guyz actuallyÃ,  )But, oh well, no problems. We all had a lot of fun that day and I gave them a great work-out and they learned a few things about traditional Martial Arts.

Heheh.. Yeah, where does the time go. *Me thinks back to yonder years of when I played my first "Adventure Game" on the 'ol "Vic=20". 'Twas a text  game called "AdventureLand" by Scott Adams. Ahhh, things sure have come a looong way since then. *

Well guys, thanks for the kind wishes. But heck, even though I may be considered an "old man" to most around here, I'm still young at heart. And heck, I could probably kick most of your butts too if need be! Heheheh!

Greetings everyone... I'm a newbie here to AGS and the forums.

I choose "Barbarian" as my handle here as I'm a long-time fan of Robert E. Howards "Conan the Barbarian" character.
I'm currently 36 years old, I'm a Canadian, but currently I'm residing in Hong Kong.
Hobbies / Interests: Martial-Arts, computers & video-games, exercise, movies, reading, travel (when I can afford)...

I'm a long time computer-user (for about 22 years, I started back in the 'old Vic=20 / C=64 days) and am a big fan of Adventure Games, also with many years of RPG experience in my youth (Dungeons & Dragons kinda games).Ã, 

I used to program games waaay back on my 'ol Vic=20 & C-64 'puters, and using computers has been a big part of my life ever since. I currently do some web-programming/promoting and as well teach Jujitsu for means of income, but it looks like I may very soon be a published author if things works out like I hope .

Anyways, I found the wonderful AGS site and program a little over a month ago and have been becoming more familier with it everyday. I've been working a few hours each day with AGS, and my "first game" that I've been working on is really starting to shape up now.
