I like the look of this game, looks and sounds great!

Gives me Zak McKraken vibes! Looks fun! Nice clean look, easy to read the rooms.

I'm hoping these graphics are more well received than my last two games! I learned to use blender, so much to learn on that software!

I've put a trailer up so you'll see there's humour for sure, if perhaps slightly toned down from Boiled-Hard.

Presenting my fifth AGS game!

Story

Upon tracking a strange energy reading, Maxine crash lands a shuttle on a planet resembling modern Earth. She's not alone though - her robot friend Jonas hurtled through the planet's atmosphere, breaking into several pieces! It's up to Maxine to track down Jonas's body parts to put him back together so Jonas can fix the shuttle!

More details to follow soon! Please sign up to be notified of the Kickstarter launch:

Explore a bathroom - in space!

The residents of the yet unnamed town have come across the body parts of the robot Jonas and put them to good use.

Hello all, I am back! I wouldn't normally necro a post so old but it perfectly describes the issues I am having. I see nobody ever came up with a solution but maybe users around now may be able to help? Thanks. Worse than no idle animations, is that setting animations for the character doesn't work at all and is overidden by the module.

Update:

It's not exactly ideal, but so far this seems to work as a work around for animations (except when idle), should anyone else have this conundrum in the future and this isn't directly solved.

I created a "fake" main character, and have them set to be invisible and always be on the same spot/location as the main character:

Code: ags
  cFake.FollowCharacter(cEgo, FOLLOW_EXACTLY, 0);
  cFake.Transparency =100;

Then, when I need the character to talk, for instance:
Code: ags
cFake.FaceDirection(eDirectionUp);
    cEgo.Transparency = 100;
    cFake.Transparency = 0;
    cFake.Say("It worked!");
    cFake.Say("Bloody hell.");
    cEgo.Transparency = 0;
    cFake.Transparency = 100;

While I feel quite clever to have thought of this.. it's a pain in the bum.

Oh, that's a good idea! I'll do the same thing if my commercial itch released games see a Steam release in the near future.

Aesop Rock! I have a couple of his albums too! Check out Kirby, unless you already know it.

El-P saw Camu Tao's album released, after he died from cancer.

I'm not even going to attempt to label that genre of that album, but I love it so much! Especially this song with its commodore 64 style synths.

Oh heh, guess I should have mentioned I have 2 or 3 El-P albums, but this song escaped me. I wasn't into him during PS2 era of that Tony Hawks song. Run the jewels are good but I prefer El-P's solo work. But yeah, at least people know who I'm talking about by mentioning RTJ!

Oh boy, I guess you wouldn't like to see my TBM Cd Collection then lmao.

HIP HOP

I stumbled across this song, really love it! It was vaguely familiar and I didn't know why. Turns out it was in a Tony Hawks game!

HARD ROCK

I had never heard of Poppy before january, and while I'm not so keen on most of her earlier electronic pop songs, this alternative album of hers, "I disagree", released earlier this year, blew me away. This chorus is catchy as hell.

MORE HARD ROCK YESH
This song is also super catchy, and the video feels really 90's, I love it!

ELECTRONIC ROCK
Loved these folks for years. This particular song stands out for me on my first album listen on their new works.

ALTERNATE DANCE?
Not as well mastered/mixed as the others, because this is by me, lol. Still, I've really impressed myself with this beast! For fans of Prodigy, I guess?

I don't recall getting very far in that game but I recognised this map screen.

Someone else take my go, the whole uploading an image somewhere is too much effort on my phone lol.

The eYe? That queen game. I say this because there's an eye here. It looks as rough as that game too.

It looks a bit like the aliens in Metal Slug, but it doesn't look like a metal slug game, and we got most or all of those anyway.

That was quick! Or even Mr Moskeeto in my country, for some reason. I can't blame them for not using Ka though, commercially speaking. I found it odd capcom used the title Sengoku Basara for its better-than-dynasty-warriors ps3 game rather than the ps2 prequel's European name Devil Kings. I don't mind having the original Japanese names, but I can't help but think it doesn't help sell a little known franchise outside of Japan, and we never saw any more titles, sadly.

Over to you!

It's not waiting for the download, but the fact that you don't truly OWN the game. Right now I can slap in any psone Spyro game in any ps1, ps2 or ps3 and play the whole thing. Can the same be said for this if the servers for PSN on PS4 go down in ten or fifteen years from now? Probably not, and then we'll have to buy the port they'll probably make for PS5, ca-ching! When it's preowned or reduced, I will get the physical version actually, because the first game has always been my favourate. Infact, I might make and print my own custom sleeve for it that reflects having one game on it.

Anyway, this is becoming a "what grinds my gears" post haha.

As an early twenty something, this was my favourate level in any game. Dunno why.

Doctor Tak, heh.

Its that game that's not all on the disc on consoles, which to me, renders buying a physical copy redundant. I refuse to support this nonsense and I shall wait for a preowned copy or the digital version to go on sale.

Curse my principles, I'm dying to play this!

So yeh, Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
